- Deckset cannot open .md files macOS
In some rare cases your macOS Launch Services Register might become corrupted and prevent Deckset from opening .md files with a ‘

Our goal is to be fair with refunds and we try to keep it simple. If for any reason you’re ever unhappy with Deckset, please email us at support@deckset.com so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
- Can I use my license on more than one computer? macOS
Yes, as a natural person (and therefore not a company), you may with one license use Deckset simultaneously on up to four computers, provided that you own all of them. Please get in touch if you think your use case is not covered by that.
- Where can I find the End User License Agreement (EULA)?
You can read the Deckset End User License Agreement here, which is a legal contract between a software application author or publisher and the user of that application.
- I have trouble activating my License. macOS
You might have exceeded the number of allowed activations for your license. Please email us at support@deckset.com with your license code.
- Who takes care of the purchase? macOS
The entire purchase process is carried out by Paddle, acting as a merchant of record. Our EULA applies.
- Can I use my existing presentations on iPadOS / iOS? iOS
Yes, however because of how iOS sandboxing works they have to be converted to a new Text Bundle format that Deckset iOS introduced. This will allow you to add media elements (images, gifs, videos) to your presentations without limitations that iOS sandboxing imposes.
- Can I use my themes from the Mac app? iOS
Yes, just export your existing themes and open the file in Deckset iOS - all theme customisations are fully supported on iOS. And it goes both ways - you can export a theme from Deckset iOS and import it on your Mac! Please note that the current version of Deckset for iOS does not support editing all theme aspects - if you’re missing something please let us know.
- Will I be able to use converted presentations on macOS? macOS
Yes, macOS version of Deckset already supports Text Bundle files. Just click the Edit button (or press Cmd + E) to open the underlying Markdown file in your favourite text editor.
- Can I receive educational discount for Deckset iOS? iOS
Yes. If you have already filled in the Educational Discount form please let us know at support@deckset.com. Otherwise please fill in the form and we’ll get back to you!
